Sharn Rayner, Director
I began my career in sports development, leisure management, training and coaching. Since then I have developed my skills to focus on working with businesses in the areas of facilitation, organisational development and human resources.
I work with the team to develop and implement the best and most appropriate human resource and organisational development practices – ensuring that businesses we work with improve employee performance, productivity and ultimately through enhanced processes and planning, profitability.
I am a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). I have a BA Honours in English Literature, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Development and training in all aspects of employee selection (including psychometric interpretation, structured interviews, assessment and development centre exercises, assessment design and facilitation, increasing productivity through 360-degree surveys, team-building, career guidance, leadership training, culture and climate surveying, job analysis, competency modelling and human resource metrics). I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

My career started within the beauty industry and then I moved in to roles encompassing sales, marketing and PA roles within the beauty and real estate industries.
At Pod Consulting my focus is on supporting the administrative needs of the team, assisting with the strategic direction of the business and managing all marketing processes and campaigns.

Karen Katavich, Organisational Development
I started my career in the hospitality industry, but a change in career focus led me to undertake various roles in the New Zealand banking industry. At the beginning of 2005 I decided to gain more experience in the area of employee and organisational development, which has seen me gain my BA Honours, with a major in Psychology. Currently, I am in the final stages of my Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Massey University.
At Pod Consulting my focus is on creating workshops and training programmes that help business owners gain a greater understanding of the benefits of human resources and organisational development and how to implement those processes into their businesses.

I am a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) and hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Certificate in Adult Teaching. Rebecca Holden, HR Consultant
I have worked in a variety of industries within the field of organisational development, including the airline, banking, professional services, manufacturing and mining sectors. My experience centres on improving individual, team and organisational performance, both as an external consultant and through internal organisational development, and training and development roles.
My key focus when partnering with clients is to provide tailored ‘best practice’ solutions that deliver tangible results. I am highly skilled in performance coaching, facilitation and using robust talent processes and assessment methodologies, and the wealth of experience, skills and ideas I bring to the table can positively impact the greatest resource within any organisation – its people.
I am MBTI® qualified, certified to deliver Talent Management® and Talent Coaching™, and trained in the full range of Saville aptitude and personality assessments. I have completed additional training in the areas of coaching, change management, leadership styles and team development.

Lyndsay Davenport , Business Development Manager
I began my career in the the UK with a leading sales assessment and training company. Since then I have further honed my skills to concentrate on working with companies in the areas of business development, customer relationship management and sales training.
My focus within the team is to identify new revenue streams, develop both internal and external opportunities and maximise growth. I work with the team to streamline, test and implement best sales practices to ensure a smooth transition from prospect through to client.
